Are you tired? Do you suffer back & neck pain? Are you stressed? Do you struggle to sleep? Do you have injuries? Do you have a body that doesn't work well and a mind that won't stop.
Through gentle, simple exercise & breath work this class will improve your body and mind and help you relax.
Size, age, culture, fitness is not a barrier. All are welcome.
If you can breathe you can do it!
What you need: A mat, blanket, cushion, loose clothes, empty tummy and an open mind.
Please note, all courses need a minimum number to go ahead. If your course does not have enough enrolments, we may have to cancel at the last minute. You will be informed by phone or email regarding this.
