Learn how to cover and decorate cakes for special occasions.  Learn icing, piping, moulded blossoms, leaves, lilies and roses, bows and drapes.  This course requires the purchase of specific materials that are not included in the advertised fee.  A list will be provided at your first session.  Please bring your own apron and tea towel.
