Learn how to cover and decorate cakes for special occasions.  Learn icing, piping, moulded blossoms, leaves, lilies and roses, bows and drapes. 

Note:This course requires the purchase of specific materials that are not included in the advertised fee. A list will be provided at your first session. You may need to pre-prepare materials before class time.

Please bring your own apron and tea towel.

Courses are usually cancelled, when necessary, 1-2 working days prior to the scheduled start date.
